Insurance:

We are considered an out-of-network insurance provider and do not contract with any specific insurance companies. If your health insurance does reimburse for out-of-network services, you are welcome to submit your paid invoices to your insurance company for reimbursement. We always recommend that you speak with your insurance company first to verify your benefits. We can provide you the appropriate treatment codes for your convenience, but unfortunately, are unable to work directly with your insurance company. 

 

Rates:

For tutoring, the LEC offers weekly sessions starting at 30 minutes, 45 minutes or an hour. Payment (cash, check or credit card) is expected on a weekly basis unless a ten-pack has been purchased. For your convenience, the following is a list of our prices.
Tutoring:

• 30 minutes = $60 or $550 for a ten-pack

• 45 minutes = $85 or $765 for a ten-pack

• 60 minutes = $100 or $900 for a ten-pack

Cancellation Policy:

If your child is sick, please cancel your appointment with as much notice as possible. We require a ten-hour cancellation notice so that our teachers have the ability to reschedule other clients. If less than ten-hours is given, the LEC has the right to charge for the missed session. We understand that sometimes events occur that are out of our hands. Please let us know if this is the case and our staff will do their best to resolve the issue with you. Consistency is an important part of the remediation process. If your child misses multiple sessions in a row, we may discuss the option of giving that time slot away. Like yours, our time is valuable, and in order to have the optimal experience, both parties need to work together.
